The challenge for you, the donor

We know that you might want to bless a family, but you're not quite sure what they need. We can help.

You're moving, and you'd like to get new items like fridges and furniture. You'd like to clear out your old ones.

Yes, we know it's a waste if you just toss that old fridge. So why not pass it onto someone who needs it more?

It's hard to find the person who needs it, and pass it to them.

Not many of us have contact with the disadvantaged. You could place your item on Carousell's free items. But wouldn't it be great if someone who really needed it could get the item?

You're not too sure if what you're giving is needed.

We've all heard of the stories of donated food being thrown away. You want your every dollar to count towards genuine impact. We match the clients, represented by approved social workers, to what you want to give.

The challenge for our clients

Many needy families and individuals face challenges in getting their basic necessities.

New furniture can often be expensive.

Some of the families we've worked with have moved to a new rental flat or home, and find it expensive to buy a brand new fridge. Or bed frame. But your preloved item, in good working condition, can still help them.

Clients are sometimes unable to afford more expensive groceries like milk powder and diapers.

Sometimes, charities might not have these items readily available, meaning that clients have to spend their precious cash for these items.

Clients can sometimes need phones and laptops for work, which is expensive.

Clients might get a new job that requires new technology. Your help can provide them a means to do well at their jobs.

How It Works

This is how you can use it.

1. sign up for an account.

After getting an account, you can start donating your items.

2. Click 'grant a wish' to see what people need.

Our approved social workers and case workers post the items that clients need.

3. You can directly respond to the caseworker who has listed the item.

For example, you can see here that the person has listed their contact. After you have given the item, please update that you've given the item, so that we can re-allocate resources.
